Ingredients

  • 1 cup - onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp - dried Oregano
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 6 cups - Chicken broth (drain the fat)
  • 2 cups - potatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup - celery, chopped
  • 1 cup - carrot, chopped
  • 3 cups - boneless chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups - spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - uncooked Egg noodles
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper
  • 2 tbsp - Maida
  • How to Make Low calorie chicken noodle soup:

    1. Mix all the ingredients except the flour and let them simmer for about half an hour, or till the vegetables are tender.
    2. To thicken the soup, mix the flour with 4 tbsp of stock.
    3. Stir the mixture into the soup, and then simmer for a bit longer. Serve.
