  • 1 cup - onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp - dried Oregano
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 6 cups - Chicken broth (drain the fat)
  • 2 cups - potatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup - celery, chopped
  • 1 cup - carrot, chopped
  • 3 cups - boneless chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups - spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - uncooked Egg noodles
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper
  • 2 tbsp - Maida

How to Make Low calorie chicken noodle soup

  • Mix all the ingredients except the flour and let them simmer for about half an hour, or till the vegetables are tender.
  • To thicken the soup, mix the flour with 4 tbsp of stock.
  • Stir the mixture into the soup, and then simmer for a bit longer. Serve.
