Ingredients

  • Button mushrooms, cut into quarters - 2 cup
  • Low fat paneer, cut into 1 cm cubes - 1 cup
  • Soya or Rice bran oil - 2 tsp
  • Garlic - 1 tsp, mined
  • Green Capsicum - 1/2 cup, diced
  • Red Capsicum - 1/2 cup, diced
  • Spring onion - 1 cup, chopped
  • Malt Vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 2 tsp
  • Chilli sauce - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make

  • Heat the oil in a non-stick fry pan.
  • Add garlic and fry till dark brown.
  • Add capsicums and mushroom.
  • Sprinkle with little salt and keep covered on low heat till the vegetables are crisp.
  • Add paneer and spring onion.
  • Cook stirring for 1 minute.
  • Add rest of the ingredients.
  • Cook stirring for 1 minute.
  • Serve hot with whole wheat pasta.
