  • 1 cup - Soya chunks (cooked and ground)
  • 2 - Potatoes (cooked and mashed)
  • 1 - Onion (chopped finely)
  • 2 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - Roasted gram flour/pottukadala maavu
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • A few Curry leaves
  • Oil
  • How to Make Low Fat Aloo Soya Kofta:

    1. Mix together the soya chunks, mashed potatoes, chillies, onions, gram flour, salt, garam masala powder, and curry leaves.
    2. Make small balls with this mixture.
    3. Heat an appam pan, pour a little oil.
    4. Once the oil is hot, gently place the balls in the, and cook on medium flame till both sides turn brown.
    5. Serve hot with ketchup.
