Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Soya chunks (cooked and ground)
  • 2 - Potatoes (cooked and mashed)
  • 1 - Onion (chopped finely)
  • 2 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - Roasted gram flour/pottukadala maavu
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • A few curry leaves
  • Oil

How to Make Low Fat Aloo Soya Kofta

  • Mix together the soya chunks, mashed potatoes, chillies, onions, gram flour, salt, garam masala powder, and curry leaves.
  • Make small balls with this mixture.
  • Heat an appam pan, pour a little oil.
  • Once the oil is hot, gently place the balls in the, and cook on medium flame till both sides turn brown.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
