  • 200 g - Wheat flour
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - oil for greasing
  • How to Make Low Fat Baked Puri:

    1. Combine all ingredients and knead into a stiff dough with water.
    2. Keep for 10 minutes.
    3. Divide dough into equal portions and roll into puri shape.
    4. Prick each puri with a fork and arrange on a greased baking tray.
    5. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes, at 200 degrees C.
    6. Cool and store in an air-tight container.
