Ingredients

  • 200 g - wheat flour
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - oil for greasing

How to Make Low Fat Baked Puri

  • Combine all ingredients and knead into a stiff dough with water.
  • Keep for 10 minutes.
  • Divide dough into equal portions and roll into puri shape.
  • Prick each puri with a fork and arrange on a greased baking tray.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes, at 200 degrees C.
  • Cool and store in an air-tight container.
