Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Maida
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1/2 tbsp - Milk
  • warm water to knead dough
  • Ghee to deep fry
  • salt
  • How to Make Luchi:

    1. Make soft pliable dough using all ingredients. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
    2. Make some rounds, rolling to about 3 inch - 4 inch diameter.
    3. Then fry in hot ghee, till light brown.
    4. Turn once and fry other side.
    5. Drain with strainer and serve hot with either spicy vegetables curries, or curd.
