Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Maida
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1/2 tbsp - Milk
  • warm water to knead dough
  • Ghee to deep fry
  • salt

How to Make Luchi

  • Make soft pliable dough using all ingredients. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Make some rounds, rolling to about 3 inch - 4 inch diameter.
  • Then fry in hot ghee, till light brown.
  • Turn once and fry other side.
  • Drain with strainer and serve hot with either spicy vegetables curries, or curd.
