  • 1 tub - vanilla ice - cream
  • 1 cup - lychees, crushed coarsely in mixie
  • 1 tbsp - chopped nuts or crushed praline powder

How to Make Lychee Ice-cream

  • Blend the ice cream, add lychees and nuts, and mix gently.
  • Set again till firm.
  • Take out and serve in individual bowls.
  • Garnish with a lychee or chopped nuts on top.
