Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - lychee pulp
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 2 tsp - Sugar (can use Honey instead)
  • a handful of crushed ice
  • 2 - whole lychees for garnishing

How to Make Lychee Milk Shake Recipe

  • To prepare the pulp, peel the skin and de-seed around 12-15 lychees.
  • Pour in a mixer, add sugar (or honey) and blend for a few seconds.
  • Check for lumps with a spoon and blend again if you prefer a smooth shake.
  • Add milk and crushed ice and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour in glasses. Garnish each glass with one whole lychee on top.
  • Serve chilled.
