Ingredients

  • 500 g - green lychee, peeled
  • 100 g - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - kalaunji (nigella)
  • 1/2 tsp - Saunf
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp - salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Haldi (turmeric) powder
  • 2 tsp - refined oil
  • How to Make Lychee Murabba:

    1. Put pan on cook top, add oil and let it heat up.
    2. Drop kalaunji and saunf in to oil.
    3. Fry it for few seconds till kalaunji pops.
    4. Add 1/2 cup water and all rest ingredients cook it about 5 to 8 minutes on medium flame.
    5. It is ready when aroma comes out.
    6. Wait to the normal temperature and serve.
