  • Fresh lychees - 2 cups, peeled
  • Unsweetened apple juice - 1 cup
  • Ginger - a thin slice

How to Make Lychees Stewed in Apple Juice

  • Remove the seeds from lychees and place in a sauce pan.
  • Pour apple juice on them.
  • Add ginger slice and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes.
  • Cool and place in the refrigerator.
  • Serve cold.
