  • 250 grams - macaroni
  • 250 grams - mince either Beef or Mutton
  • 2 small Onions chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tbsp - grated cheese
  • How to Make Macaroni And Mince Casserole:

    1. Cook the macaroni in boiling salt water till soft. Drain the hot water, pass cold water over it, then drain and keep aside.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions till brown.
    3. Add the mince, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, chilly powder, salt and coriander leaves and mix well. Cook on low heat till the mince is cooked and all the water dries up.
    4. Now add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
    5. Transfer to a buttered baking dish and spread the grated cheese on top.
    6. Bake in a moderate oven (355%) for 10 minutes till the cheese melts.
