Ingredients

2 oz - macaroni (boiled)

3 - Egg yolks (beaten)

1/2 cup - grated cheese

1/2 cup - breadcrumbs (buttered)

A little Butter

Dash of cayenne

Pepper and salt

Method

  1. Put macaroni in a greased pie dish.
  2. Mix together egg yolks, cheese, milk and seasonings. Pour over the macaroni.
  3. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, dot with small bits of butter and bake in a moderate oven until browned.
