Ingredients

  • 2 oz - macaroni (boiled)
  • 3 - Egg yolks (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup - grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup - breadcrumbs (buttered)
  • A little Butter
  • Dash of cayenne
  • Pepper and salt

How to Make Macaroni Cheese

  • Put macaroni in a greased pie dish.
  • Mix together egg yolks, cheese, milk and seasonings. Pour over the macaroni.
  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, dot with small bits of butter and bake in a moderate oven until browned.
