Ingredients

  • 1 cup - shelled Green peas
  • 2 - Carrots scraped and cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup - boiled macaroni
  • 1 - big onion, finely chopped
  • 2 - Green chillies chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves.
  • How to Make Macaroni, Green Peas And Carrot Salad:

    1. Boil the peas and carrot and transfer to a glass bowl.
    2. Add all the other ingredients to the peas and carrots and mix well.
    3. Chill for 1/2 an hour then serve.
