  • 1 cup - shelled green peas
  • 2 - carrots scraped and cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup - boiled macaroni
  • 1 - big onion, finely chopped
  • 2 - green chillies chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves.

How to Make Macaroni, Green Peas And Carrot Salad

  • Boil the peas and carrot and transfer to a glass bowl.
  • Add all the other ingredients to the peas and carrots and mix well.
  • Chill for 1/2 an hour then serve.
