Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Macaroni
  • 1 .5 cups - Milk
  • 1 tbsp - Maida / All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper
  • 1 tsp - Italian Seasoning
  • 1 - Onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Olive Oil
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Macaroni in Milk Peppery Sauce

  • Cook macaroni for 5 minutes in Boiled water.
  • Strain water and keep aside.
  • Add Italian seasoning and maida to milk.
  • Add pepper and salt and mix well. Set aside.
  • Heat oil, add ginger-garlic paste and onions.
  • Saute till onions turn slightly brown.
  • Then add the milk-pepper mixture.
  • Once it starts to boil, add cooked macaroni and mix well till all is combined and look creamy.
  • Your peppery milk macaroni is ready to serve.
