Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Macaroni
  • 1 .5 cups - Milk
  • 1 tbsp - Maida / All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper
  • 1 tsp - Italian Seasoning
  • 1 - Onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Olive oil
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Macaroni in Milk Peppery Sauce:

    1. Cook macaroni for 5 minutes in Boiled water.
    2. Strain water and keep aside.
    3. Add Italian seasoning and maida to milk.
    4. Add pepper and salt and mix well. Set aside.
    5. Heat oil, add ginger-garlic paste and onions.
    6. Saute till onions turn slightly brown.
    7. Then add the milk-pepper mixture.
    8. Once it starts to boil, add cooked macaroni and mix well till all is combined and look creamy.
    9. Your peppery milk macaroni is ready to serve.
