  • 1 cup - macaroni
  • 1.5 cups - milk
  • 1 tsp - maida
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 1 tsp - Italian seasoning
  • 1 - onion, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - olive oil
  • salt

How to Make Macaroni in Pepper Sauce

  • Boil 2 cups of water, add the macaroni and cook for 5 mins in medium flame. Strain the water and keep aside.
  • Add Italian seasoning and maida to milk.
  • Add pepper and salt and mix well. Set aside.
  • Heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and onions.
  • Saute till onions turn slightly brown.
  • Then add the milk-pepper mixture.
  • Once it starts to boil, add cooked macaroni and mix well till all this is combined and looks creamy.
  • The milk tends to get absorbed soon, so serve it immediately after cooking.
