Ingredients

  • 3 tsp - Olive oil
  • 1 - Onion
  • 2 tsp - fresh Cream
  • 2 tsp - grated cheese
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1/2 cup - Capsicum (3 colours)
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - Cream
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1 pack - macaroni
  • 1 tsp - Garlic Ginger paste
  • How to Make Macaroni pepronata:

    1. Heat oil, add onion, ginger, garlic, tomato and saute for a while.
    2. When the raw smell is gone, add chilli powder, pepper, capsicum, spring onion and saute.
    3. Add cream and make a thick gravy.
    4. Finally, add to this cooked macaroni (boil macaroni with water and salt).
    5. Once every thing is done, add grated cheese on top and serve.
