How to Make

  • Cook macaroni as directed on the pack, drain and cool.
  • Cut snow peas into halves.
  • Cut broccoli into florets.
  • Steam these till just tender and cool.
  • Chop tomatoes and celery.
  • Combine pasta with all the vegetables and toss with the sauce.
  • Just before serving, stir in the cashew nuts.
