  • 250 gms - macaroni
  • 1 tin - sweet Corn kernels
  • 200 gms - bacon without the rind
  • 1 tsp - chopped Mint
  • 3 tbsp - grated cheese
  • 4 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp - Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Macaroni With Bacon And Sweet Corn:

    1. Wash the bacon and fry lightly. Break into small bits.
    2. Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water till soft, then drain.
    3. Mix the fried bacon with the macaroni, sweet corn, mint, pepper powder, salt, Tabasco sauce and tomato sauce.
    4. Transfer to a buttered shallow oven proof dish.
    5. Mix the breadcrumbs and grated cheese together and spread on the top.
    6. Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees F) for 15-20 minutes till brown.
