Ingredients

  • 2 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp- Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp- Ginger paste
  • 3 large tomotoes, purred
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp- veg oil
  • 2 tbsp- beaten Curd
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp- Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tbsp- fish curry masala
  • 3 tbsp- Cream
  • 500 gms- fish fillets
  • 1 bunch- fresh corainder leaves
  • 3-4 Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp- Mustard Seeds
  • How to Make Machhi Curry:

    1. Heat oil in a casserole at 100 C power for 40 sec.
    2. Add onion, tomoto puree, ginger- garlic paste, chillies, curry leaves, mustard seeds, garam masala and salt.
    3. i Now, microwave at 100 C power for 2-3 min.
    4. Stir while cooking.
    5. Add curd and fish curry powder.
    6. Stir it evenly and cook for 2 more min at 100% power.
    7. Keep on stirring, add cream.
    8. Place fish in a dish and pour over the curry prepared and cook at 100 % power for 3-5 min properly covered.
    9. Allow a standing time for 5 mins.
    10. Garnish with chopped corainder before serving.
