Ingredients

  • 2 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp- Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp- Ginger paste
  • 3 large tomotoes, purred
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp- veg oil
  • 2 tbsp- beaten Curd
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp- Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tbsp- fish curry masala
  • 3 tbsp- Cream
  • 500 gms- fish fillets
  • 1 bunch- fresh corainder leaves
  • 3-4 Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp- Mustard Seeds

How to Make Machhi Curry

  • Heat oil in a casserole at 100 C power for 40 sec.
  • Add onion, tomoto puree, ginger- garlic paste, chillies, curry leaves, mustard seeds, garam masala and salt.
  • i Now, microwave at 100 C power for 2-3 min.
  • Stir while cooking.
  • Add curd and fish curry powder.
  • Stir it evenly and cook for 2 more min at 100% power.
  • Keep on stirring, add cream.
  • Place fish in a dish and pour over the curry prepared and cook at 100 % power for 3-5 min properly covered.
  • Allow a standing time for 5 mins.
  • Garnish with chopped corainder before serving.
