Mackerels - 3
- 1/2 inch piece
Chilli powder - 2 tsp

How to Make Mackerel Pickle
Cut and clean mackerels. [Cut into small pieces]. Then marinate it with 3 tsp chilli powder, 3 tsp garlic- ginger paste, 3/4 tsp fennel seed powder and 1 tsp turmeric powder.
Keep this in fridge for 1 hour and fry in coconut oil.
Chop garlic, ginger and green chillies.
Also cut a few curry leaves.
After frying fish, take it out and put chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves in the remaining oil.
Fry for a few minutes.
Add 4 tbsp of white vinegar and 2 tsp of chilli powder into this and let it boil.
Put fried mackerel pieces into it.
Remove from fire.
When it turns cool, keep in the refrigerator.
Mix before serving.
