How to Make Macroni in tomato garlic sauce

  • Boil macaroni with carrots and peas add a spoon of oil to avoid sticking.
  • Drain excess water and keep it aside.
  • Blend tomato, green chilly, garlic, onion, ginger together.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and add the tomato sauce stir and add salt, red chilly and mix well.
  • Add this tomato sauce in macaroni, mix well and garnish with coriander, pepper corn powder and oregano.
