Ingredients

  • 250g - macaroni
  • 1/2 cup - diced Carrots
  • 1/2- cup - peas
  • 1 - Onion
  • 3 - Tomato
  • 2 - Garlic Cloves
  • 1 small piece - Ginger
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Oregano
  • 1 tsp - peeper Corn powder
  • 2 tsp - chopped coriander
  • How to Make Macroni in tomato garlic sauce:

    1. Boil macaroni with carrots and peas add a spoon of oil to avoid sticking.
    2. Drain excess water and keep it aside.
    3. Blend tomato, green chilly, garlic, onion, ginger together.
    4. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the tomato sauce stir and add salt, red chilly and mix well.
    5. Add this tomato sauce in macaroni, mix well and garnish with coriander, pepper corn powder and oregano.
