  • 1 Cup of Rice flour
  • 1 Cup of Maida
  • 1 Cup of fine Rava
  • 1 big Onion
  • 4-6 green Chilies
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Maddhoor Vada

  • Cut onion into small pieces.
  • Grate chilies
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Add 1 tbsp of heated oil.
  • Make dough adding suitable amount of water.
  • Make sure that the dough is neither too thick nor too soft.
  • Make small balls and roll like small poories.
  • Fry in oil.
