Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 1 cup
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Chiroti rawa - 1.5 cup
  • Hot oil - 4 tbsp
  • Green chillies - 3-4, minced
  • Onion - 4 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

How to Make Maddur Thattai

  • Blend all ingredients with a little water to create a firm dough.
  • Split dough into even sized balls.
  • Flatten these balls and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Drain on kitchen towel and store in air-tight box.
