Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 1 cup
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Chiroti Rawa - 1.5 cup
  • Hot oil - 4 tbsp
  • Green chillies - 3-4, minced
  • Onion - 4 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry
  • How to Make Maddur Thattai:

    1. Blend all ingredients with a little water to create a firm dough.
    2. Split dough into even sized balls.
    3. Flatten these balls and deep fry till golden brown.
    4. Drain on kitchen towel and store in air-tight box.
