Ingredients

  • 1 cup - all purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 - ripe Banana
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - baking soda
  • 1/2 cup - Curd
  • salt to taste

How to Make

  • Mix all the ingredients and leave aside for 5 to 6 hours.
  • Make small size puris. Deep fry in hot oil.
  • Enjoy with your favourite side dish.
