  • 250g - maida
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • Salt, a pinch
  • 1/2 - coconut, scraped

How to Make Maida-egg roast

  • Mix maida with cool water till soft and little watery.
  • Mix in the egg and salt.
  • Put a fry pan over the flame, spread a little oil and pour the mix.
  • After it is cooked, sprinkle coconut and sugar over it.
  • Roll and shallow fry again. Serve.
