How to Make Maida Halwa with ghee

  • Blend maida with oil, add cashew nut & cook in a thick bottom vessel.
  • Cook till the cashew nuts get golden colour.
  • At the same time add sugar in water and boil well.
  • Add this syrup to the maida mixture & mix well till it gets a halwa consistency.
  • Finely add cardamom powder and ghee.
  • Halwa is ready to serve.
