  • 1 cup - Maida (all-purpose flour)
  • 1 cup - Rava
  • 1/2 cup - vegetables (carrot, beans, onions, peas, finely cut)
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • To season:
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • How to Make Maida omelette:

    1. Mix all the ingredients together to form batter.
    2. Season some oil with cumin seeds. Pour into the batter.
    3. Heat the tava and make small thick dosas - just like omelettes.
