Ingredients

  • 1 cup - ripe mango, peeled and chopped into cubes
  • 3 to 4 - green chillies
  • 1 medium-size - tomato
  • 1/2 cup - mango pulp
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • salt to taste

How to Make Majedar mango

  • Sprinkle water over the tomato and microwave it for one minute.
  • When it cools down, peel and cut it into pieces.
  • Mix the mango pulp and chilli pieces together and microwave it for 3 minutes.
  • Stir and microwave for 2 more minutes.
  • Add mango, tomato pieces and salt to taste.
  • Microwave it for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring after every minute.
