How to Make Majjige Huli - Veggies in Yoghurt Sauce

  • Grind all the ingredients in the Grind as Paste list.
  • Boil all the vegetables in water with salt, turmeric powder, and the paste. Cook until the vegetables are done and the gravy thickens.
  • Heat oil for tempering, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chillies and fry until it browns.
  • Add this tempering to the vegetables and remove from flame.
  • Serve hot with rice and papads or pickles.
