Ingredients

  • 100 gm - puffed lotus seeds (makhana), finely chopped
  • 500 ml - milk
  • 2 tbsp. - sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 10 strands of saffron

How to Make Makhana ki kheer

  • Boil milk over a medium flame, add makhana, sugar, saffron and cardamom powder, and cook till it begins to boil. Reduce the flame, and cook for about 20 mins.
  • Your kheer is ready to serve.
