Ingredients

  • 1 cup - makhana(lotus flower)
  • 2 cups - Curd
  • For Masala:
  • 1 tsp - chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - ginger, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup - chopped coriander
  • salt to taste

How to Make Makhana Raita

  • Churn the curd.
  • Add all the masalas. Mix well.
  • Put the makhana in the churned curd.
  • Serve only after mixing the makhana and keeping them at least for ½ an hour in the curd.
