How to Make Makhmali Paneer

  • Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, chillies, ginger, cashew nuts, curd, salt and lime juice, to form a fine paste.
  • Mix this mixture with paneer and keep aside, for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat butter and oil in a pan and saute, till the onions are translucent.
  • Add the marinated paneer and toss carefully, till the raw smell goes.
  • Add milk and simmer, till the gravy thickens.
  • Sprinkle the garam masala and mix well.
  • Switch off heat and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Serve hot with roti or any Indian bread.
