Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Chicken (clean and cut)
  • 1 tbsp each - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 - Green chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Coconut oil to fry
  • How to Make Malabar chicken fry:

    1. Mix all the ingredients except oil with chicken and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
    2. Cook adding a little water.
    3. Deep fry the cooked chicken pieces in hot coconut oil and serve.
