Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - Cream
  • 1 tsp - Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tsp - Chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp - Chopped tomatoes, deseeded
  • 1 tsp - Chopped Green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat masala - A pinch
  • Cooking oil
  • 4 - Bread slices

How to Make Malai Toast

  • Mix the first six ingredients.
  • Cut the bread slices into halves and brush them with oil on one side.
  • Put the prepared mixture on the other side of slices.
  • Toast the slices (from the oil-coated side) in a non-stick pan.
  • Garnish with chaat masala.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
