  • 2 small cans (8 oz can) - Tomato puree
  • 1 cup - mixed vegetables (boiled)
  • 3 tbsps - heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 red dry chilli
  • 1 - Cinnamon stick
  • 3 - Cloves

How to Make Malai vegetable soup

  • First take a pan. Take 2 tsp oil and put into the pan and just hot it.
  • Put dry red chilli, cinnamon, jeera, cloves and allow them to splutter.
  • Add tomato puree and boiled mix vegetables.
  • Now add salt and chilli powder according to your taste.
  • Boil it for the five minutes and add heavy cream.
  • Serve hot with toast or bread sticks.
