Ingredients

  • 6 - rasagullas
  • 1 cup - malai
  • 1 tbsp - powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Saffron soaked in Milk
  • For decoration:
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Pista
  • A few drops - of rose essence

How to Make Malia Chops

  • Slit the rasagullas into two.
  • Spread the cream, sprinkle with powdered sugar, essence, pista and rose water on one slice and cover with the other to make a sandwich.
  • Chill before serving.
