  • 2 cups - spinach, finely shredded
  • 1.5 cup - onions, sliced
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 4 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 cup - coconut, grated freshly
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 sprig - Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to Make

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl expect lemon juice. Heat a non-stick pan, add all the ingredients and saute till spinach is soft and cooked. Add the lemon juice and salt and mix well.
  • Remove from heat and serve with rice or chapatti.
