Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - boneless Chicken
  • 2 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 3 tbsp - Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 big - Onion
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 5-6 - Garlic pieces
  • 3 tbsp - finely chopped coriander
  • 3 - finely chopped Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste

How to Make

  • Make onion paste, to this add ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, Chilli sauce and clean fresh boneless chicken.
  • Add one tbsp of salt and marinate for an hour.
  • After an hour, heat oil and add marinated chicken.
  • Fry for first 5 min in high flame and then fry till the chicken becomes tender in low flame.
  • In the end, add finely chopped coriander, garlic and chillies.
  • Fry for 2 mins and serve hot.
