How to Make Manbhavan paneer paratha

  • Knead the ingredients for the dough using water.
  • The dough should be smooth and pliable. Keep it for 15-20 minutes.
  • Knead again and divide into 6 balls. Flatten and roll out into discs.
  • Combine the ingredients for the filling and divide into three.
  • Place half the filling on one disc. Cover with another disc and roll out again.
  • Roll out other parathas with the remaining filling in a similar manner.
  • Heat a griddle and fry the parathas, one at a time, with the help of ghee or oil.
  • Serve hot with butter, pickle or curd.
