Ingredients

  • 1 cup- raw peanut.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1/2 - finely chopped or grated onion, 1 - carrot, 1 - cucumber, 1/2 - mango, coriander leaves, 2-3 - green chillies.

How to Make Manga Kadala

  • Cook the peanuts with salt.
  • Drain the water but not entirely.
  • Now add the very finely chopped or grated ingredients to the peanuts.
  • Sprinkle some lemon juice on the top.
  • Serve it immediately.
  • Peanuts should not be left to dry.
