  • Mango – 1 large
  • Cucumber – 1 small
  • Nuts – 100 grams
  • Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
  • Coriander Leaves for garnish
  • Lime Juice of ½ a Lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander Leaves for garnish

How to Make Mango and Cashew Nut Salad

  • Mix all of the above, gently and carefully. I will not advise you to make this in advance as the salt will make the cucumber ooze out water and will make the salad soggy.
