  • 1 cup - Kesar Mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup - low fat Cream
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • A few drops - Mango essence
  • 1 tbsp - agar agar powder or gelatin powder
  • A few dry Cranberries
  • How to Make Mango And Cream Jelly:

    1. In a pan, heat the cream in simmer with sugar and agar agar powder.
    2. Cook slowly until the agar agar powder gets well dissolved. Put off the stove.
    3. Add the mango pulp and mango essence and stir them well.
    4. Pour them in cups or in ramequins. Keep aside.
    5. Arrange them in fridge for 2 hours.
    6. Serve them chilled, garnished with cranberries.
