Serving Suggestion: Place 3 tablespoons of mango and ginger sauce on a plate. Unmould the parfait and set on a plate, then garnish with pecan nuts and fresh fruits.

How to Make Mango and Ginger Sauce

  • Boil sugar and water together until a thick syrup is formed.
  • Peel the mangoes and blend in a liquidizer.
  • Add the sugar syrup and chopped ginger. Leave to cool.
