  • 2 cup - mango, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger, minced
  • 1 cup - yogurt
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Mint leaves, finely chopped
  • Mint leaves and Mango pieces to garnish
  • How to Make Mango and Mint Smoothie:

    1. Blend mango with ginger, yogurt and sugar.
    2. Stir in the mint leaves. Place in refrigerator.
    3. Serve chilled, garnished with mint leaves and mango pieces.
