  • 1.5 liters - milk
  • 7 to 8 tbsp - sugar (or as taste)
  • 3 - alphonso mangoes (peeled and chopped into small pieces)

How to Make Mango and Rabdi Delight

  • Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel.
  • After a boil simmer.
  • Boil the milk till it reduces to half its quantity.
  • Add sugar and boil till the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Cool and add chopped mango pieces.
  • Refrigerate and serve cold.
