  • 1 cup - mango pulp
  • 1/4 cup - tapioca pearls
  • 1/2 cup - almond milk
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • A few - Cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp - ghee
  • Almond Flakes for garnishing

How to Make Mango And Tapioca Pearls Kheer

  • Cook tapioca pearls with enough water until they get cooked.
  • Add the mango pulp, almond milk, sugar and stir them continuously until the sugar gets dissolved.
  • Meanwhile, heat the ghee and fry the cashew nuts. Add this to the hot kheer.
  • Garnish the kheer with few almond flakes.
  • Serve hot or chilled as per your wish.
