  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1 tbsp - Custard powder
  • 3 tsp - Sugar (Adjust sweetness according to your taste)
  • 1/2 cup - Thick, undiluted Mango pulp
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Cherries (optional)
  • How to Make Mango and Vanilla Custard Verrines:

    1. Mix custard powder in 1/4 cup milk, mix well and keep aside.
    2. Heat the remaining milk with sugar, bring it to a boil and then add the custard powder-milk mixture to it.
    3. Stir continuously so that no lumps are formed.
    4. This will thicken up soon so keep stirring.
    5. When the mixture starts bubbling and looks thickened switch off the heat. Allow it to cool down completely.
    6. Now to assemble, add a tbsp of prepared vanilla custard, alternating it with a tbsp of mango pulp till it reaches the brim of the glasses.
    7. Add the chopped cherries in top.
    8. Refrigerate for at least an hour and serve chilled.
