Ingredients

  • 2 cups - plain flour
  • 1 - ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup - Butter
  • 1 tbsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Almonds
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Walnuts
  • 1 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp - baking soda
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 3 - eggs, beaten

How to Make Mango Bread

  • Sift together flour, cinnamon, cardamom and baking soda.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat butter and sugar well.
  • Add egg and mix well.
  • Stir in flour mixture.
  • Then add all the other ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour in greased loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
  • Let it cool.
  • Remove from loaf pan.
  • Slice it and serve.
