Ingredients

  • 500 gm - Mango puree
  • 250 gm - vegetable oil
  • 500 gm - whole-wheat flour
  • 30 gm - baking powder
  • 5 gm - salt
  • 150 gm - Sugar
  • 100 gm - Honey
  • 250 gm - Oatmeal
  • 150 gm - dried fruits, chopped
  • 200 gm - walnuts, chopped
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • How to Make Mango Bread(with Eggs):

    1. Pre heat oven to 180 C.
    2. Mix mango puree, oil, eggs and vanilla essence to a smooth pulp.
    3. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and oatmeal in a large bowl.
    4. Add the mango pulp and honey, stir till blended well.
    5. Now add all other ingredients and pour the mixture into greased loaf pans. Bake for 50 minutes till done.
    6. Serve as healthy snack or breakfast.
