Ingredients

  • 500 gm - mango puree
  • 250 gm - vegetable oil
  • 500 gm - whole-wheat flour
  • 30 gm - baking powder
  • 5 gm - salt
  • 150 gm - sugar
  • 100 gm - honey
  • 250 gm - oatmeal
  • 150 gm - dried fruits, chopped
  • 200 gm - walnuts, chopped
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence

How to Make Mango Bread(with Eggs)

  • Pre heat oven to 180 C.
  • Mix mango puree, oil, eggs and vanilla essence to a smooth pulp.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and oatmeal in a large bowl.
  • Add the mango pulp and honey, stir till blended well.
  • Now add all other ingredients and pour the mixture into greased loaf pans. Bake for 50 minutes till done.
  • Serve as healthy snack or breakfast.
