  • 1 medium size - firm Raw Mango
  • 8 - Red Chillies (depending on the degree of sourness of the mango)
  • 2 level tsp - salt
  • 1 pinch - asafetida
  • 1 tbsp - grated Jaggery
  • 2 tsp - Coconut oil
  • How to Make Mango chamandi:

    1. Peel and grate the mango.
    2. Grind all ingredients except the coconut oil into a slightly coarse paste.
    3. Add coconut oil and run the mixer just to blend.
