Ingredients

  • 1 medium size - firm raw mango
  • 8 - red chillies (depending on the degree of sourness of the mango)
  • 2 level tsp - salt
  • 1 pinch - asafetida
  • 1 tbsp - grated jaggery
  • 2 tsp - coconut oil

How to Make Mango chamandi

  • Peel and grate the mango.
  • Grind all ingredients except the coconut oil into a slightly coarse paste.
  • Add coconut oil and run the mixer just to blend.
