How to Make Mango Chutney

  • Peel the mango.
  • Remove the stone and cut the flesh into large chunks.
  • Place the mango chunks in a saucepan and add all the remaining ingredients. Stir well.
  • Place over high heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
